Can I cancel my order for a merchant eGift?

Gift Card Granny works with hundreds of merchants across the US to provide you with a wide selection of store-specific eGifts. When you place an order for a store-specific eGift, it's generated directly with the selected merchant by an outside provider. Once your order is submitted, we're unable to cancel or refund it, as the eGifts are not generated by Gift Card Granny.
