Please follow these steps if you are having problems activating your card:
- Check the back of your card to be sure its from Gift Card Granny. You should see the Gift Card Granny logo in the bottom right hand corner. If you do not see that logo, please look for a website address or phone number and contact the appropriate company.
- Check the "Valid Thru" date on the front of your card. If the card has expired, the card can no longer be used. In this case, please contact our customer support for a replacement card.
- When entering your card information over the phone, please be sure to correctly enter all digits. Going to slow or fast may cause the system to not be able to read your card information.
