How do I resend an eGift?

Do you or your recipient need an eGift resent? No worries, our Virtual assistant can help. 

Follow these steps:

1. Click the "Chat Now" icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Type "Resend my eGift" in the chat.
3. Follow the prompts given by the bot.
4. Provide your order number and the recipient's email address.
5. A support ticket will be generated and sent to an agent.
6. Wait for an email confirming the completion of your request.
