Steps to Resend an eGift

1. Click "Chat Now": Navigate to the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and click the "Chat Now" icon.
2. Type Your Request: Enter "Resend my eGift" into the chat.
3. Follow the Bot Prompts: The bot will guide you through the process once you sign in.
4. Provide Information:
   • Order Number
   • Recipient's Email Address
5. Support Ticket Creation: A support ticket will be generated and sent to an agent for processing.
6. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once the request has been completed.

By following these steps, you can easily have your eGift resent to the correct recipient.
