Steps to Resend an eGift
- Click "Chat Now": Navigate to the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and click the "Chat Now" icon.
- Type Your Request: Enter "Resend my eGift" into the chat.
- Follow the Bot Prompts: The bot will guide you through the process once you sign in.
- Provide Information:
- Order Number
- Recipient's Email Address
- Support Ticket Creation: A support ticket will be generated and sent to an agent for processing.
- Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once the request has been completed.
By following these steps, you can easily have your eGift resent to the correct recipient.
