Gift Card Granny reviews most orders before they are approved. Unfortunately, some orders may be canceled because they did not pass our compliance or risk processes. Other reasons why your order may have been canceled include payment issues, your customer image being rejected, or you are attempting to place a bulk order without a corporate account. Please review the following reasons why your order may have been canceled and what options you have to resubmit your order.
- Artwork / Photo Declined: If you were ordering a custom Visa or Mastercard gift card and the image was denied, please click here (Why was my custom card image rejected?).
- Business Order: If you are attempting to place an order for your business and your application or order was rejected, please click here (Why was my business order rejected’ article).
- Cannot Submit Order: If you are attempting to make a purchase but your order will not go through, please click here (Why is the website not allowing me to place an order’ article).
- General Decline: If you are not ordering for your business or a customer Visa or Mastercard gift card, it is likely that your order was canceled because it did not pass our Risk review.
Our Risk team monitors for suspicious activity as online gift card purchases are a target for fraud. We use a variety of tools to validate all customers and their payment credentials, and it’s likely that something in the information you submitted was flagged as potentially being compromised.
To protect our customers, we do reject orders if we believe they may not have been submitted by the authorized cardholder.
