How to Claim and Use Your Merchant Digital Gift Card from Gift Card Granny

Gift Card Granny offers a variety of digital gift cards for merchants across the U.S. If you've received a a digital gift card from us, follow the steps below to claim and use it:

Steps to Claim Your Digital Gift Card:

1. Open the email containing your digital gift card. If you can't find it, search for an email from notify@alerts.giftcardgranny.com.
2. In the email, click the link that says "Click here to claim your digital gift."
3. Follow the instructions provided. If prompted, enter the email address where the digital gift card was originally sent.

Using Your Digital Gift Card or Checking the Balance:

• For assistance with using your digital gift card or checking the balance, please contact the merchant directly.

For Visa or Mastercard Digital Gift Cards:

• To activate your Visa or Mastercard gift card, click here.

NOTE : Gift Card granny does not sell Physical Merchant or Store Branded cards. If you have physical Merchant card you will need to contact the merchant directly for support.
