How to Use Your Plastic Gift Card In-Store

To use your plastic Visa or Mastercard gift card in-store, follow these steps:

1. Swipe your card at the register, just like a debit card.
2. Enter your 4-digit PIN 
   - In some cases, the clerk may need to press the green button to bypass on the Point of Sale terminal
   - If you did not set up a PIN at the time of activation, you should not need a PIN
3. Alternatively, you can select the credit option when swiping.

Please ensure the Balance on the card covers the amount on the register. If the balance is lower than your owed amount,  you may need to ask for assistance to split the payment.

Common Restrictions on Visa & Mastercard Gift Cards:

• Purchases outside the United States
• ATM or cash withdrawals
• Purchasing other gift cards
• Online purchases that exceed the card's available balance

Important Notes:

• Your card must be activated before use.
• Virtual Visa or Mastercard gift cards cannot be used for in-store purchases.
