Can I get a refund on a gift card I purchased?
Most gift card purchases, whether they are physical or digital, are non-refundable. This is because gift cards work like cash once they're activated, and our costs are locked when the order is placed.
However, if you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please reach out to our support team. An agent will review the details with you and let you know your options.

My gift card hasn't arrived, or there's a problem with it. What should I do?
Contact our support team, and we'll work to make it right.
To save you time and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please have the following information ready:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number (reference your confirmation email)
- A short description of the problem (for example: card not received, incorrect amount, code not working, wrong recipient)
NOTE: If the recipient isn’t seeing the gift card, suggest they check their junk or spam folders. If the card doesn’t work or if they are having a hard time using it, please have them contact us directly. That is the fastest path to resolving the issue.
How do I reach support?

How long does it take to receive a digital gift card?
Most digital gift cards are delivered within minutes. However, some can take up to 24 hours, depending on the brand and verification checks. If it's been longer than 24 hours, please contact support.
How do I check the status of my order?
Visit our Order Status page and enter your order number and email address.
What if I entered the wrong recipient email or sent the card to the wrong person?
Contact support right away. If the card hasn't been redeemed yet, we may be able to help redirect or reissue it.
