In the event of a lost, stolen, expired, damaged or compromised gift card, a replacement card can be issued, preserving the remaining balance. The original card is promptly voided for security purposes, and a $5 fee, deducted from the card's balance, is applied to cover the replacement process.
It's essential to note that approval from our customer support team is required before a replacement can be issued. Please be aware that funds cannot be added to the replacement card's balance, ensuring a seamless and secure resolution to the situation. All replacement cards are shipped via USPS and tracking is unavailable.
