If your gift card is lost, stolen, expired, damaged, or compromised, you can request a replacement card that preserves the remaining balance. Here’s how the process works:

- Replacement Card Issuance: A replacement card can be issued while maintaining the remaining balance of your original card.
- Voiding the Original Card: The original card will be promptly voided for security reasons.

- Customer Support Approval: You must receive approval from our customer support team before a replacement card can be issued.
- No Additional Funds: Funds cannot be added to the replacement card's balance, ensuring a secure resolution.
- Shipping Information: All replacement cards are shipped via USPS. Please note that tracking is not available for these shipments.
