Order Review Process for Business Visa and Mastercard Reward Cards
All business orders for Visa or Mastercard reward cards are subject to a comprehensive review by our compliance and risk team. If your order has been rejected, it is likely due to one of the following reasons. Please review each point carefully and, if applicable, resubmit your order with the necessary corrections.
Common Reasons for Order Rejection:
-
Artwork Issues:
- You can upload a custom logo or image to your Visa or Mastercard reward card. However, it must comply with our Image Guidelines.
- Acceptable artwork includes a verifiable business logo from your website, positioned above the card numbers in the upper left-hand corner.
- The artwork must be free from promotional language, advertising, or extraneous phone numbers not part of your primary logo.
-
Business Verification:
- We require verified business information, including your company address, website, and Federal Tax ID.
- If your information cannot be verified, we cannot accept the order.
- For new businesses, if your Tax ID cannot be automatically verified, you may need to provide a copy of your EIN (Tax ID Assignment Letter).
- To obtain a copy of your EIN assignment letter:
- Call the IRS Business & Specialty Tax Line at (800) 829-4933.
- Provide the B&S Tax Specialist with your details.
- Request a copy of your EIN assignment letter.
-
Payment Credentials:
- If your payment information could not be verified or your billing details appeared suspicious, our risk team may have rejected your order.
