Artwork: You have the option to upload your logo and/or a custom image to any Visa or Mastercard reward card, but it must adhere to our Image Guidelines available here. Acceptable artwork includes a business logo verifiable on your website, positioned above the card numbers in the upper left-hand corner, and free from advertising, promotional language, or extraneous telephone numbers not part of your primary logo.
Business Verification: To proceed with your order, we are obligated to collect and verify crucial business information, including your company address, website, and Federal Tax ID. If any of this information cannot be verified, we regret that we cannot accept your order. For new businesses, if your Tax ID cannot be automatically verified online, providing a copy of your EIN (Tax ID Assignment Letter) may enable us to process your order.
