How can I see the purchase history of my gift card?

You can view the transaction history of your card at any time when checking your card's balance. You must have your 16-digit card number and 3-digit CVV code in order to view your transaction history. This page will show a list of all attempted, successful, and declined transactions made with this card. In some cases, it may take a few business days for your transaction history to adjust after a recent purchase is made. If you are expecting a refund back to your card, please allow 5-10 business days for this to show on your transaction history.

**Transaction history can not be provided over the phone for our Visa and Mastercard gift cards.

For merchant cards, you can locate the merchant on our site here. Simply find the merchant and you will be given options to check your balance over the phone or online.
