How do I view my transaction history?

Granny makes it easy to track your transaction history online. When you check your balance, you can also see your transaction history.

Make sure your Visa or Mastercard gift card says Gift Card Granny. If it’s from another issuer, such as Vanilla, you will need to check the balance on that issuer’s site.

For merchant-specific gift cards, check your balance and see your transaction history by visiting that merchant's website. Then, follow their instructions.

Here's how to find your transaction history:

1. Visit the balance check page here.

2. Enter your 16-digit card number (on the front of your gift card).

3. Enter your 3-digit CVV code (on the back of physical cards or under the 16-digit account number for digital cards).
4. Click the "Check your gift card balance" button.

Scroll down to see your transaction history.

1. Your transaction history will look similar to the screenshot below. 
2. For each transaction, you will see the transaction date, description, amount, remaining balance, and status.

Please note:

• Recent transactions may take a few business days to appear.
• Refunds back to the card typically appear almost instantly as a line item in your transaction history. However, the funds themselves may take 5-10 business days to be available for use on the card balance.
