How do I view my transaction history?

You can easily review your Visa or Mastercard gift card's transaction history online when checking your balance. Here's how:

1. Visit the balance check page here.
2. Enter your 16-digit card number located on the front of your gift card.
3. Enter your 3-digit CVV code found on the back of your card.
4. Scroll down to see your transaction history.

Please note:

• It may take a few business days for recent transactions to appear.
• For refunds, expect them to reflect on your card within 5-10 business days.
• Transaction history for Visa and Mastercard gift cards cannot be provided over the phone.

For merchant-specific gift cards, you can check your balance by selecting the merchant on the website and following the provided instructions for balance inquiries
