Setting a PIN for Your Visa or Mastercard Gift Card

If you're using a plastic Visa or Mastercard Gift Card, you can set a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for debit transactions. Virtual cards do not require a PIN.

How to Set Your PIN by Phone:

1. Call 855-660-6847
2. Select Option 3
3. Enter your 16-digit card number
4. Enter the 3-digit CVV code found on the back of your card

Once you've set your PIN, you'll be able to use your card for in-store debit transactions.
