Track the status of your order from your account or by visiting this page: Track Order Status
Simply enter your order number and email address used to place your order to see the status.
Order status meanings:
- 'Processing': Your order has been successfully submitted. At this stage, it may require email verification, image review for custom card orders, or application review for corporate orders.
- 'Shipped': Your order has been authorized, and our fulfillment team has printed your card(s). Your customized order is in preparation for shipping
- 'In Transit': This status appears when the fulfillment team has forwarded the order to USPS, and it is currently progressing through their logistics network.
- 'Out for Delivery': The parcel is en route to the final destination and is expected to be delivered shortly. Delivery times may vary, and tracking information (provided for FedEx shipments) can offer more details.
Depending on the chosen shipping method, tracking may be available to monitor the expected arrival of the order at the intended location.
If FedEx 2-Day or Overnight was selected as the delivery method, a tracking number will be issued for your reference via email. You can use this number to trace the movement of your consignment on the FedEx website.
For those who opted for USPS First-Class Mail, the delivery status* of the package will be displayed under the 'Status' section. If the status reads 'Out for Delivery', it means the package has been delivered to the local post office and will arrive shortly.
