You can track your order from your account or on the Track Order Status page.
How to Track Your Order
- Go to the Track Order Status page.
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
What Each Order Status Means
Processing
- Your order has been successfully submitted and is under review. This may include email verification, image review (for custom card orders), or application review (for corporate orders).
Shipped
- Our fulfillment team has printed your card(s) and the envelopes or shipping labels. Your customized order is ready to leave our fulfillment and be shipped out.
In Transit
- Your order is moving through your selected shipping carrier's logistics network toward the recipient’s address.
Out for Delivery
- Your package is at a facility local to the recipient. Delivery times may vary. For FedEx shipments, your tracking number will provide real-time updates.
Tracking by Shipping Method
FedEx 2-Day or Overnight
- You'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to track your shipment directly on the FedEx website.
USPS First-Class Mail
- Delivery status is shown in the "Status" section of your order.
- When it reads "Out for Delivery," your package is at the local post office.
Note: Delivery status updates for USPS orders are sourced from USPS. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of these updates.
Delivery Notifications
Plastic Cards
- You'll receive a notification when your card(s) have been printed and are out for delivery. For privacy reasons, you will not be notified when the recipient activates or receives their card. See Where is my plastic card? for more details.
Digital Gift Cards
- You'll receive an email notification when your recipient clicks on the link to open their digital gift.
