You can track the status of your order from your account or by visiting this page on our site. Simply enter your order number and email address to see the status of your order.
If you have sent an eGift to your recipient, you will get a notification via email when your recipient opens their eGift!
For plastic cards, the purchaser will receive a notice when the card(s) in their order has been printed. Depending on the shipping method that is chosen, tracking may be available to see when the order is expected to arrive at the intended location. For the privacy of cardholders, purchasers will not be notified when the recipient activates or receives their plastic card.
