Digital Gift Card Delivery and Account Verification

Delivery Timeframe

Digital gift card delivery is typically completed in under 30 minutes and, in many cases, almost instantly. However, in certain instances, you may receive an email requesting account or purchase verification before your order is processed and delivered.

• Further Review: Some orders may require additional review, which can take up to 1 business day (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, excluding holidays).

Email Delivery and Spam Folder Check

Recipients will receive their digital gift card via email from notify@alerts.giftcardgranny.com. It’s recommended to check junk and spam folders if the email doesn’t appear in the inbox.

Virtual Card to Plastic Card Conversion

Recipients of the following virtual cards can exchange their digital card for a physical plastic card for a $5 fee, deducted from the card balance:

• Visa Digital Gift Card
• Visa Digital Reward Card
• Mastercard Digital Gift Card
• Mastercard Digital Reward Card

This fee will be applied to the balance of the digital card.
