How to Handle Incorrect Delivery Address for Physical Gift Cards

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address for physical (plastic) gift cards. If you've entered an incorrect mailing address, you can request a refund for the card's load value. Please note that processing, shipping, and personalization fees are non-refundable.
