- In some, but not all, cases your card may be able to be deactivated and reissued.
- If your card is able to be replaced or reissued, a small processing fee applies (at the time of this publication $5.00 / card with delivery via USPS).
In order to assist us to investigate your case please provide as much of these details as possible:

Was there a name on the card?

Do you have the carrier (the piece of paper the card was attached to at the time of delivery)?

Do you know the last 4 digits of the card?

Did you use the card? If you used it, do you know where and what was the value of the last purchase?

Do you have a receipt if a purchase was made?

If none of the above are available, you may be required to contact the buyer/sender and see if they have a record of the card.
