If your card has been misplaced, please immediately report your lost card to our support team. In some (but not all) cases, we may be able to deactivate and reissue your card. If your card is able to be replaced, a small processing fee of $5 will apply and your card will be shipped via USPS First Class shipping (without tracking). The $5 fee will be removed from your card's balance and a replacement card will be issued for the remaining balance.
