Our plastic Visa and Mastercard gifts are mailed using the chosen shipping method (FedEx or USPS) upon order placement. For FedEx, same-day shipping is assured for orders processed from Monday to Friday before 7 PM EST and on Saturday before 10 AM EST. If USPS is selected, same-day shipping is guaranteed for orders processed by 4 PM EST from Monday to Friday. The estimated shipping times are calculated from the moment the cards are printed.
Tracking your order
Depending on the chosen shipping method, tracking may be available to monitor the expected arrival of the order at the intended location.
If FedEx 2-Day or Overnight was selected as the delivery method, a tracking number will be issued for your reference via email. You can use this number to trace the movement of your consignment on the FedEx website.
For those who opted for USPS First-Class Mail, the delivery status* of the package will be displayed under the 'Status' section. If the status reads 'Out for Delivery', it means the package has been delivered to the local post office and will arrive shortly.

If your plastic card has not arrived at the intended location within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for further assistance. Please include the order number and mailing address when contacting us. For USPS shipments, we suggest waiting a few extra days for your card to arrive. *Delays are likely due to holidays or poor weather conditions. Shipping fees are non-refundable if shipments are delayed due to weather conditions.

Virtual Visa and Mastercard gift cards are typically sent via email within 15 minutes! All orders require a manual review which may delay delivery for up to 4 hours.
- If you are expecting an eGift, please search your email for a message from email@example.com as your eGift may have been sent to a spam or junk folder.
- If an eGift sent to a business email domain has not been received, there is a chance that the company is blocking our message containing the eGift from being delivered. In this case, we suggest the purchaser of this eGift contact us to change the recipient's email address to a personal one.
