Gift Card Granny ships physical gift cards via USPS First-Class Mail or FedEx. If your order was returned, damaged, or unreadable, you will not receive an automatic notification — contact support and we can look into it.
To report a returned, damaged, or unreadable order, contact Gift Card Granny support with your order details.
Why orders get returned: Returns typically happen due to an incorrect or outdated shipping address, or the envelope being mistaken for junk mail. USPS cards arrive in a plain white envelope from Pittsburgh, PA — check carefully before discarding any mail.
What we can do for returned orders: We will investigate the correct shipping address and card balance and issue a refund. Please note that processing and shipping fees are non-refundable for cards returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the purchaser.
What we can do for damaged or unreadable cards: If your card arrived damaged or the card number is unreadable, contact Gift Card Granny support and include a photo of the damage. Once we review it, we can offer either a full refund or a replacement card.
Important: If we process a refund and the original card later arrives in your mailbox, we will not be able to reactivate it.
A note on tracking: USPS First-Class Mail does not include tracking, so we cannot provide shipping status updates once a card has been picked up by USPS. Delays due to weather or other circumstances are outside our control.
