If you or your recipient need a digital gift and resent, our Virtual Assistant can help. Simply follow the steps below:

Steps to Resend a Digital Gift Card

1. Go to Gift Card Granny and click on the chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen.

2. This will open the Ai agent Helen. Tell her that you need to change the recipient's email and resend your gift.

3. Follow the instructions that she asks to sign in and choose the gift in question.

4. Provide the new recipient's email when she asks.

   Please note: If the gift has already been claimed by the original recipient, it cannot be changed. Please have the recipient contact us so we can assist them directly.
