How to Use Your eGift after you Sync your Debit or Credit Card
Step 1: Sync Your Debit or Credit Card
Before using your eGift from Gift Card Granny, ensure your debit or Credit card is synced. If you need help linking your card, refer to the instructions [here]. Once your card is successfully linked, proceed to the next steps.
Step 2: Make a Purchase at the Chosen Merchant
Once your debit or credit card is synced to your eGift, you can use the synced debit or credit card at the specified merchant (e.g., Amazon, Starbucks, Target). There’s no need to access the eGift directly at the point of purchase—just use the synced card.
Step 3: Receive Reimbursement
After your purchase at the merchant, you will be reimbursed for the value of your eGift. If you don’t use the full value in one transaction, you will continue receiving credits with each subsequent purchase until the total value of the eGift is used.
Reimbursement Timing:
- Instant Reimbursement: In most cases, credits will appear in your account almost immediately.
- Delayed Reimbursement: Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account.
Reimbursement Missing
- If you do not see your credit after 3 days please email our support team at Support@giftcardgranny.com
- Include the following information:
- Name.
- Contact information.
- email or phone associated with the Perfect Gift.
- Transaction details.
