Troubleshooting Activation Issues

If you experience difficulties activating your card over the phone, ensure that your card was issued by Gift Card Granny. An error may occur if your card has already been activated or if it is a virtual card.

Information Needed for Activation

To activate your card, gather the following information:

• 16-digit card number: Located on the front of your Visa or Mastercard gift card.
• 3-digit security code (CVV): Printed on the back of your card.

Steps to Activate Your Card

1. Visit the Activation Page: Go to Gift Card Granny Activation.
2. Enter Your Card Details:
   • Input your 16-digit card number in the designated box.
   • Enter your 3-digit security code (CVV) in the next box.
3. Activate Your Card: Click on the "Activate your gift card" button.

After Successful Activation

• A display of your card along with your available balance will appear. Your card is now ready for use.
• Optionally, set a 4-digit PIN for debit transactions. If you do not select a PIN, ensure to process your card as credit for online purchases.
