Your card may be recognized in certain countries beyond the USA. Regrettably, we cannot dispute a declined transaction that occurs in a foreign country. Should the card be utilized outside of the United States, a 3% currency conversion fee will be subtracted from your available card balance.

It's important to note that monetary policies, including those governing the use of prepaid cards, are dictated by individual locales and are subject to modification without prior notice. Please be aware that the card is not universally accepted in all countries and is explicitly not accepted in the countries listed below:
