My gift card is not being recognized, why?

If you encounter an error when checking your balance stating that your card cannot be found or is not recognized, likely, that the card was not issued by Gift Card Granny.

Please examine the back of your card and verify the presence of the Gift Card Granny logo, as depicted in the image. If the logo is not present, kindly search for the name of the company that issued the card and reach out to them for assistance.
