How to Check the Balance of Your Visa or Mastercard Gift Card

You can easily check the balance of your Visa or Mastercard gift card online. Here’s how:

• Balance Check: Click here to check your card balance anytime.

Required Information

To check your balance, you will need the following:

UID (this is the 8-digit alphanumeric code found on the back of your card or contained within the email of your virtual card)

Note: Your card must be activated to retrieve the balance. If you haven’t activated it yet, click here for activation instructions.

Steps to Check Your Balance

1. Visit the balance check page: https://www.giftcardgranny.com/check-balance.
2. Enter your UID (this is the 8-digit alphanumeric code found on the back of your card or contained within the email of your virtual card)
3. Click the "Check your gift card balance" button.

After Submission

• View Your Balance: You will see a picture of your card along with your available balance.
• Optional 4-Digit PIN: You can choose to enter a 4-digit PIN for debit transactions. If you do not select a PIN, remember to run your card as a credit.
• Transaction History: To view your purchases, scroll down to the Transaction History section at the bottom of the page.
