How do I check my Visa or Mastercard balance online?

Check the balance of your Visa or Mastercard gift card online. Click here anytime to check your card balance immediately, or continue reading for further instructions.  

To check your card balance you will need:

• The 16-digit card number printed on the front of your Visa or Mastercard gift card
• The 3-digit security code (CVV code) printed on the back of your card
• Your card must be activated before you can retrieve your balance.  Click here for instructions to activate your card if you have not already done so.

Once you have your card information, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to https://www.giftcardgranny.com/check-balance
2. Enter your 16-digit card number in the box provided
3. Enter your 3-digit security code (CVV) in the next box
4. Click on the "Check your gift card balance" button

After your card information is submitted

• You will see a picture of your card along with your available balance. 
• Optionally you can choose to enter a 4-digit PIN for your card.  This allows you to use the card for Debit transactions.  If you do not select a PIN, be sure to run your card as a credit.
• To view your purchases, scroll down to the Transaction History section at the bottom of the page.
