You have the option to check the balance of your Visa or Mastercard gift card online or over the phone. Click here to instantly review your card balance, or keep reading for additional instructions.

To check your card balance, you will need:

• The 16-digit card number located on the front of your Visa or Mastercard gift card
• The 3-digit security code (CVV code) printed on the back of your card

Ensure your card is activated before attempting to retrieve your balance. If not already activated, you can easily activate your card here.

Once you have your card information, follow these steps:

1. Call the toll-free number at 855-660-6847
2. Press Option #2 from the menu
3. Enter your 16-digit card number when prompted
4. Enter your 3-digit security code (CVV) when prompted
