How to Check the Balance of Your Visa or Mastercard Gift Card

You have two options to check the balance of your Visa or Mastercard gift card: online or over the phone. Follow the instructions below to review your balance.

Online Balance Check

Phone Balance Check

To check your card balance over the phone, you'll need the following:

1. 16-digit card number (located on the front of your card)
2. 3-digit security code (CVV) (located on the back of your card)

Steps to Check Your Balance by Phone

1. Call the toll-free number: 855-660-6847
2. Press Option #2 from the menu.
3. Enter your 16-digit card number when prompted.
4. Enter your 3-digit security code (CVV) when prompted.
