Please note that some merchants may not accept a prepaid gift card as a form of payment. Gift cards issued by Gift Card Granny are valid for use within the US only. Reward cards are valid for use in some countries outside of the US.
Our Virtual Visa and Mastercard gift cards are valid for online use only.
Prepaid Visa and Mastercard gift cards are not valid for ATM/cash access.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to allow a purchase at a merchant to be successful. All merchants fully control the forms of payment they are able to accept. If the merchant has confirmed that your card is accepted, please be sure there are sufficient funds on your card, the card has a valid expiration date, and verify that the merchant is within the US.
