1. Physical Card Not Activated: Ensure your physical card has been activated. (Note: Virtual cards do not require activation.)
2. Card Expired: Check the expiration date on your card.

Our Visa and Mastercard Prepaid Gift Cards can be used across the U.S. wherever Visa or Mastercard debit cards are accepted. They function just like a regular debit card for in-store and online purchases, but with some limitations.

  • Cannot be used for purchases outside the U.S.
  • Cannot be used to withdraw cash from ATMs or for cash back at stores.
