If you notice unauthorized charges on your card, you have the option to dispute these charges directly with the merchant where the purchase was made. Please be aware that our customer support team does not possess the capability to dispute or refund these charges. Nevertheless, we can assist by suspending and/or replacing your card if deemed necessary, with minimal fees possibly applied.
To contest an unfamiliar charge through the merchant, follow these steps:
- Verify your card's balance.
- Scroll down to review your transaction history.
- Identify the unauthorized charge, noting the merchant's name and, in some instances, a website or phone number.
- Utilize the provided information to reach out to the merchant and request a refund.
- Allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be restored to your card.
Please note that gift cards are like cash and the funds are controlled by the person(s) who possess the card information. Exercise caution and keep your card secure to prevent unauthorized transactions. The cardholder is responsible for managing and safeguarding their card and associated funds. Gift Card Granny cannot assure the restoration of all unauthorized charges.
