What happens if I return or cancel a purchased made using my gift card?

Refunds for Returns or Canceled Purchases with Gift Cards

If you’ve made a return or canceled a purchase using a Visa or Mastercard gift card, you are eligible for a refund as long as the gift card is still valid and in your possession.

• Refund Processing Time: It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to settle and appear on your card's balance.

Helpful Tips for Gift Card Refunds

• Refund to Gift Card: Credits for canceled or returned orders will be applied directly to your gift card.
• Lost or Discarded Cards:
  • If you have discarded your Prepaid Visa or Mastercard, a replacement card may be issued in some cases. (Refer to the Lost or Stolen Cards section for more details.)
  • If you’ve discarded a physical merchant gift card, generally, there is no recourse. However, you can contact the merchant for further assistance.
  • If you’ve discarded a digital merchant gift card, you can request that the original eGift link be resent to your email.
• Expired or Replaced Gift Cards: Refunds cannot be applied to a gift card that has expired or has been replaced.

Ensure your card remains in your possession and valid to receive refunds.
