Can I withdraw cash (ATM) or send cash (i.e. Venmo) with my VISA or Mastercard Gift Card?

Prepaid VISA and Mastercard Gift Cards do not have authorization for cash access via ATMs. Nevertheless, certain financial and money transfer services such as Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal usually accept our cards as a valid form of payment. It's important to note that funds from your gift card cannot be transferred or deposited into a bank account; these cards are designed exclusively for making purchases. Additionally, if you make an in-store purchase, requesting cash back at the register using the gift card is not possible.
