How to Exchange a VISA or MasterCard Digital Gift Card for a Physical Card

If you have received a VISA or MasterCard digital gift card, you can exchange it for a plastic gift card to use in-store. A $5 processing fee will apply for the exchange, and your physical card will be mailed directly to you.

Step-by-Step Guide for Exchange:

1. Once you have successfully redeemed your card
2. Follow the prompts to initiate the exchange process - scroll down to where it says "SWAP YOUR GIFT".
3. Follow the prompts to select a card design and enter your address.
4. Pay the $5 processing fee to complete your request.
5. Your plastic gift card will be shipped to your provided address.

Important Notes:

• Store-specific Digital Gift Card: Branded digital gift cards from specific stores cannot be exchanged for a plastic card.
• Usage: Most store-specific digital gift cards can be used both online and in physical stores.
