Gift Card Granny Policies on Reloadable Cards and Expiration
Gift Card Granny does not offer reloadable gift cards. Prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift cards can be used until the available funds are depleted or the card reaches its expiration date.
Important Details:
- Balances from multiple cards cannot be combined or transferred to a single card.
- Funds cannot be added to prepaid gift cards.
Expired Card
If your card has expired and has a remaining balance of $5 or more, you can request a replacement card with a new expiration date. A $5 processing fee applies for this service.
The $5 fee will not apply for cards delivered as damaged or defective.
